HRM Rajo Malano

I was born on July 6th 1964 and raised in Jakarta,Indonesia, originally from Ranah Minang (Minang Land) in West Sumatera. All of members of my big family told that I was an hyperactive and naughty boy.

From 1985 till 2008 worked for Garuda Indonesia; 17 years as Cabin Crew with top level as Flight Service Manager, 5 years as Sr. Analyst for Cabin Services, and 2 years as Director of Coopeative of Garuda Indonesia Group.

When I was as Cabin Crew with some friends created UnionLabor of Garuda Indonesia called Serikat Karyawan Garuda (SEKARGA), Union of Garuda Indonesia Flight Attendants profession/Ikatan Awak Kabin Garuda Indonesia (IKAGI),then with some flight attendants from others domestic airlines created Federation of Indonesian Flight Attendants/Federasi Awak Kabin Udara Indonesia(FAKUI).

On 2004 with members of indobeatles mailing list created Community of The Beatles Fan Club, called Indo-Beatlemania Club (IBC), and also with some alum of SMAN 30 Jakarta created Union of SMAN 5 Fil,. and SMAN 30,called Ikatan Alumni SMAN 5 Filial & SMAN 30, Jakarta (IKALIFIGA) and from some years ago till now as Chairman of IKALIFIGA.

Married with daughter of KH Abdullah Iskandar from Malang,now as Freelance Consultant for HR, Marcomm and Indonesia Travel Tourisme(partnership with lovely wife for travel tourisme).

I’m a team motivator with excellent work attitude,enthusiasm, maturity and strong interpersonal skills. Extensive experienced inservice industry.

My obsession is living in my hometown, Ranah Minang, teaching English and Public Service Entrepreneurship at Madrasah Tarbiyah Islamiyah(MTI) Canduang West Sumatera, the school who created by my great grand father,Syekh Sulaiman Arrasuli, also develop my village Simarasok-Baso, Agam-West Sumatra, and control my other business in Jakarta.
